Do you wish to take over a bank advisor position dedicated to the management of our English Speaking Clients ?

 

Join us within our CA DIRECT branch !

 

Our team is made of 12 bank advisors, 3 of them are already dedicated to our English Speaking Clients.

As welcoming and satisfying our clients is one of our priorities  you will have to :

 -  Welcome, guide and advise our clients in focusing on loyalty and on personal services.

 

-  Show empathy and be ready to face and understand various opinions to set up strong relationships with our clients.

 

-  Consider our offers in demonstrating reactivity and proactivity and in highlighting  your skills to answer to our clients’ needs and wishes.

 

-  Improve relationships with our clients in offering and using various means of communication ( internet, phone , mail, vidéo conference or face to face appointments ….)

 

-  Carry out administrative transactions in compliance with our rules of conformity

 

-   Work together with our local branches.

 

RECRUITMENT PROCESS : 

After having chosen your CV,  firstly you will have to take tests online or during a video conference meeting and secondly you will be invited for an interview with one of our human ressources advisers and one of our managers

Profil

You need to be graduated of a Baccalauréat + 2 years ( equivalent of the A Level + 2 years) in the commercial sector or not.

You need to have good skills in english  and have first experience in providing an excellent customer service

 

If you have a strong commercial feeling, if you are at ease with computers, IT applications and if you are good at convincing and negotiating, you are the candidate  we are looking for. You will be the best to meet challenges within our commercial team !
